Operations Coordinator

About the role

DAZN is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join its Production Operations team in Lisbon. The role supports the delivery of live and on‑demand sports content, ensuring that studios, galleries and OTT workflows run smoothly and meet the company’s high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and act as the main liaison between production teams, service providers and external technical staff.
• Manage bookings, equipment resources and freelance PCR/Technical Assistants across live and virtual galleries.
• Prepare and maintain rosters for Production Operations staff and handle last‑minute production changes.
• Ensure that highlights, graphics, GFX and other assets are available for live productions in a timely manner.
• Analyse facility utilisation across the global estate and propose efficiency improvements.
• Support event planning to guarantee redundancy and optimal output for OTT delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a live broadcast or OTT environment.
• Strong understanding of technical and production requirements for live and non‑live content.
• Excellent communication skills to work with teams in multiple DAZN offices and external suppliers.
• Ability to organise complex schedules and manage multiple stakeholders.
