Mid-level SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth

About the role

As AUTODOC expands its digital platform across 27 European markets, we are looking for a Mid-level SEO Specialist to own site performance, keyword rankings and organic growth initiatives. You will work closely with development, content and translation teams to optimise our complex e‑commerce architecture and keep pace with search engine algorithm updates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute on‑page and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct detailed SEO audits, competitor analyses and keyword research, including latent semantic optimisation and search intent mapping.
• Write, review and test technical requirement tickets for developers to enhance site architecture, indexing and new section roll‑outs.
• Build, monitor and maintain custom SEO performance dashboards in Power BI, tracking traffic, rankings and ROI.
• Automate recurring research and reporting tasks using regular expressions, custom scripts and Google Sheets formulas.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure best‑practice execution of SEO initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in technical SEO within a large e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret traffic trends and algorithm changes.
• Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
