Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to support logistics operations and customer service activities within the healthcare technology sector. The role focuses on spare‑parts management, technical service coordination and delivering high‑quality support to customers while collaborating with internal teams, technicians, suppliers and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate spare‑parts orders from technicians and support teams.
• Monitor parts availability and coordinate with the European Distribution Center.
• Manage order follow‑up, stock shortages and delivery timelines.
• Support logistics optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate field service operations and communicate schedules to engineers.
• Optimise travel planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor adherence to service response and resolution targets.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service and order status.
• Coordinate transportation solutions and liaise with logistics providers.
• Resolve delivery and carrier‑related issues.
• Assist helpdesk and service centre activities when required.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in French (native/C2) and English (B2/C1).
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
