About the role

SUO Global is seeking a qualified Lawyer to join its headquarters in Matosinhos, Porto. The position is full‑time and office‑based, focusing on corporate incorporation, regulatory compliance, and client support for international business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with chambers of commerce and government offices on behalf of clients.
• Apply for and obtain tax identification numbers (NIFs) and manage company incorporation processes.
• Conduct due‑diligence checks and ensure compliance with Portuguese regulatory requirements.
• Represent the organization at meetings, seminars, and business networking events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely legal solutions.

Required profile

• Law degree and enrollment with the Ordem dos Advogados (OA) in Portugal.
• Strong communication abilities in English and Portuguese.
• Marketing knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage assignments within deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
