Junior Marketing Manager - AI Content & Video Production

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager who will own the end‑to‑end creation of AI‑generated video and written content. You will work in a fast‑moving AI‑first environment, experimenting with brand‑new tools and delivering a high volume of material in your first months.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, prompt, generate, edit and publish video content.
• Collaborate daily with Higgsfield for generative video and with Claude as the core writing engine.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, form opinions and advocate for the most effective solutions.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives for internal brands and client projects, including positioning, launch content and distribution.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• German is a strong advantage; Portuguese is welcome.
• Hands‑on experience creating reels, shorts or other video edits, even for a small or unpublished channel.
• Curiosity and practical use of AI tools.

Required skills

• AI video generation tools.
• Generative AI platforms (e.g., Claude).
• Video editing software.
• Content creation tools for social media.

What we offer

• Direct access to decision‑makers, not a multi‑layer hierarchy.
• A dedicated tool budget for experimentation.
• A small, visible team based in central Lisbon.
