Instagram & TikTok Specialist (Remote)

About the role

RemotePass is looking for a creative Instagram & TikTok Specialist to build and grow its presence on these platforms from the ground up. You will be the face of the brand, producing native short‑form video content that captures the attention of a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and scale Instagram and TikTok accounts, defining day‑to‑day execution with the Social & Content lead.
• Film, appear on camera, and create short‑form videos such as street interviews, trend‑jacks, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Stay on top of platform trends, sounds, and formats, turning them into brand‑aligned ideas.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments to source footage and generate content in a remote‑first environment.
• Conceptualize static posts and brief the design team for visual assets.
• Support quick LinkedIn updates, such as event coverage.
• Track performance metrics and iterate content strategy based on data.
• Represent RemotePass as it expands into new markets.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience creating Instagram and/or TikTok content (in‑house, agency, freelance, or as a creator).
• Strong portfolio or reel that showcases on‑camera presence and short‑form storytelling.
• Deep familiarity with current Instagram and TikTok trends and culture.
• Comfortable and natural on camera, with the ability to direct others.
• Self‑starter who can drive ideas forward and follow through independently.
