Growth Organic Specialist – Europe

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Organic Specialist to accelerate Hostinger’s organic acquisition channels across SEO, content, YouTube and localisation. Working closely with the Organic Growth Strategist, you will turn data‑driven ideas into measurable growth experiments that boost traffic and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise organic growth initiatives on SEO, content, YouTube and localisation based on strategic priorities.
• Identify, validate and prioritise high‑impact growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.
• Collaborate with content, product and development teams to improve organic funnels and conversion rates.
• Design, run and manage end‑to‑end growth experiments, including setup, execution, analysis and reporting.
• Analyse performance using Tableau, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Research competitors and market trends to uncover new growth tactics.
• Help build scalable systems and processes for repeatable organic growth.
• Document and communicate performance results, learnings and next steps.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in organic growth, SEO or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic and/or revenue growth.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership.
• Strong collaboration skills across content, product and development teams.
