Graphic Designer (Brand)

About the role

Revolut is looking for a senior Graphic Designer to own brand‑focused visual projects from discovery through delivery. You will help shape the look and feel of a global financial super‑app, ensuring the brand remains fresh, consistent, and compelling across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of brand guidelines, design systems, and documentation.
• Create high‑quality visual assets and motion designs that bring the brand to life across digital, social, and editorial channels.
• Partner with product, marketing, and cross‑functional teams to define creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Produce design references, mood boards, storyboards, and animatics to clearly communicate concepts.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment at every stage.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines across parallel workstreams while maintaining a high standard of execution.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a graphic or brand designer in fast‑moving, brand‑led environments.
• Proven track record of building and evolving brand systems across campaigns, products, or businesses.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and polished execution across visual design, motion, editorial, digital, and social formats.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders and guide creative direction.

Required skills

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Figma.
