Graduate Sales Executive – Nordic Market

About the role

Revolut is looking for ambitious graduates to join its Graduate Sales Programme as Sales Executives focused on the Nordic market. You will receive an intensive bootcamp followed by hands‑on experience working with real business customers, helping them adopt Revolut’s financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on cold‑calling.
• Develop and execute a lead‑sourcing strategy, identifying key verticals and diversifying the prospect base.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline from prospecting through closing and ongoing account management.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to maximise product adoption.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding and daily usage experience for customers.
• Balance time autonomously between prospecting, closing, and upselling activities.
• Apply solution‑based selling techniques to understand customer needs and communicate Revolut’s value proposition.
• Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning and relevant case studies.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish.
• University graduate (or graduating) in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
