Global Events Management Trainee

About the role

The Global Events Management Trainee will support BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) in planning, executing and delivering internal and external events. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across the full event lifecycle, from concept to post‑event analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Events Management team with event planning, budgeting, supplier liaison and on‑site coordination.
• Support invitation processes, including creation of invites, RSVP tracking and master file updates.
• Prepare event packs containing briefing notes, participant lists and logistics documents.
• Maintain calendars, logs, invoices and other shared tools.
• Conduct venue and provider research, presenting selections based on predefined criteria.
• Help generate analytical reports and debriefing notes after each event.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong team spirit, organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
