French‑Speaking Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our FinTech team in Lisbon. You will assist French‑language business clients with payment‑technology queries, using phone, email and live‑chat from our modern office. No prior specialised experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Guide business partners through payment platform processes via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve technical issues related to user accounts, software usage and financial transactions.
• Translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear French communication.
• Coordinate with internal escalation teams to address advanced problems.
• Maintain detailed interaction logs in both French and English.

Required profile

• Native or C1‑level fluency in French.
• B2‑level English for internal tools and collaboration.
• High adaptability for a 24/7 rotating schedule (day, night, weekend).
• Strong interest in technology and analytical problem‑solving.
• Customer‑first mindset with dedication to client success.
