French-speaking Sales Advisor (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Advisor to join a leading European telecommunications company’s retention team. The position is fully remote from Portugal and focuses on inbound customer calls, helping clients who are considering cancelling their service to find suitable alternatives and stay with the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound French calls from customers contemplating cancellation.
• Identify reasons for churn, propose tailored solutions, and convert potential cancellations into satisfied continuations.
• Promote relevant products, promotions, and exclusive offers, upselling or cross‑selling when appropriate.
• Achieve quality, performance, and sales targets set by the team.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) with good English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C sales or customer retention.
• Strong communication, solution‑oriented mindset, and calmness under pressure.
• Reliability, punctuality, and basic computer proficiency.

Required skills

• Basic computer tools (e.g., office software, CRM interfaces).

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a stable, well‑paid international opportunity.
• Base salary of €920 gross per month plus performance bonus up to €360.
• Language allowance (€250), meal allowance (€10.20 per day), attendance allowance (€110), and remote‑work allowance (€60).
• Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with rotating shifts between 07:00‑18:00, weekends off.
