French-speaking Quality Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Quality Analyst to join Konecta’s international team. The role focuses on monitoring and improving the quality of customer interactions across our BPO operations, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions against established quality standards.
• Conduct quality assessments and deliver constructive feedback to agents.
• Identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare quality reports and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with operational teams to enhance processes and customer experience.
• Support coaching and calibration sessions.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) with a good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Contact Center, or a similar environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
