French Sales Specialist – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Consultants to join a retention team for a leading European telecommunications brand. Working fully remotely from Portugal, you will handle inbound calls from customers who are considering cancellation and turn those interactions into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound French calls from customers wishing to cancel their service.
• Identify reasons for churn and propose suitable alternatives or upgrades.
• Upsell and cross‑sell relevant products and promotions when appropriate.
• Achieve quality, performance, and loyalty targets set by the team.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) with good English proficiency.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C sales or customer retention.
• Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable using basic computer tools.
