Digital & Communications Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

WTW is looking for a Digital & Communications Specialist who will support and enhance the company’s communication strategies for French‑speaking audiences. The role is based in the WTW Regional Delivery Center in Lisbon and offers the chance to work on real projects across internal and external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging written content in French for diverse audiences, including newsletters, campaign assets and internal communications.
• Manage digital communication tools and marketing automation platforms to design, execute and monitor French‑language campaigns.
• Localise and update digital content for multiple markets while ensuring brand consistency.
• Track campaign performance with analytics tools, generate reports and provide insights to optimise future communications.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital communication or marketing automation.
• Strong written and verbal French (minimum B2, preferably C1) and basic English (minimum B1).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as NP6, Marketo or ActiveTrail.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with analytics tools for reporting.
• Graphic‑design software knowledge: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
