Developer Advocate (Remote)

About the role

Zyte is looking for a Developer Advocate who can bridge the gap between our web‑data extraction tools and the developer community. You will help developers discover, adopt, and integrate Zyte API and Scrapy into their projects while showcasing how AI‑first approaches can leverage web data.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Zyte at conferences, meetups, podcasts, webinars and other developer‑focused events.
• Identify and evaluate speaking, sponsorship, partnership and community‑engagement opportunities aligned with Zyte’s goals.
• Develop and deliver conference talks, technical workshops, live demos and panel contributions.
• Build and nurture relationships with developers, community leaders, event organizers and technology partners.
• Create tutorials, demos, videos and other technical resources to help developers integrate Zyte API and Scrapy.
• Gather developer feedback and work with product, technical and marketing teams to improve tools and resources.

Required profile

• Natural connector with strong communication confidence.
• Hands‑on technical knowledge of web data extraction and developer workflows.
• Curiosity about developers’ challenges and emerging AI/LLM‑driven applications.
• Enthusiasm for helping developers adopt an AI‑first approach.

Required skills

• Experience with Zyte API.
• Familiarity with Scrapy.
