Customer Resolution Advisor – French Speaking (Airline)

About the role

As a Customer Resolution Advisor for a leading airline partner, you will work from Concentrix’s Lisbon office to ensure passengers’ rights are respected and legal claims are handled efficiently. You will be part of a global technology and services leader that supports more than 70 brands worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that transport operators respect passenger rights in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Assess each customer’s situation and initiate appropriate treatment and follow‑up of legal claims.
• Collaborate with lawyers, legal officers and national enforcement bodies to evaluate claim foundations.
• Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency and customer journey improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1 level) and good English (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service or travel/tourism is a plus.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work well in a team.
