CRM Campaign Marketing Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Campaign Marketing Specialist who will own the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns, from brief analysis and audience segmentation to configuration, launch, reporting and optimisation. The role works closely with marketing, communication, data, business and technology teams and supports platform users while mentoring junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end CRM campaign execution across email, SMS, push notifications and other channels, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Translate campaign briefs into actionable plans, coordinate stakeholders and clarify requirements.
• Build and manage audience segmentation, targeting rules and personalised journey flows.
• Configure, test and deploy campaigns, performing quality assurance before launch.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and provide actionable insights for continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English (C1 level or above).
• Based in Lisbon.
• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign management or marketing automation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with CRM platforms.
• Experience with campaign‑management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation techniques.
