Creative Video Producer – Brand Storytelling

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Creative Video Producer to lead end‑to‑end video production that amplifies brand storytelling, educates users, and drives engagement across digital channels. You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to bring compelling visual narratives to life.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video ideas that align with brand guidelines.
• Manage all production aspects, including hiring crews, directing talent, securing locations, and coordinating equipment.
• Oversee post‑production, guiding editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Optimize video assets for social media, web, and in‑app platforms while maintaining consistent quality.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, adhering to brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in video production, from concept to final edit.
• Strong project‑management, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without sacrificing detail.
