Civil Site Manager – Power Plants

About the role

As a Civil Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all civil and structural construction activities on national and international power‑plant sites for Siemens Energy. You will act as the main point of contact between subcontractors, suppliers, site engineers and the project’s engineering and customer teams, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise civil and structural works including foundations, structural steel, buildings and infrastructure.
• Lead subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site personnel to maintain safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor progress against schedule, cost and quality targets and report on performance.
• Identify, analyse and resolve technical, logistical and workforce challenges during execution.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy health, safety, environmental and quality standards, including inspections and documentation.
• Review and implement construction and engineering documentation, sequencing, scheduling and resource planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience leading large‑scale construction or industrial projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction and project management processes, site execution and civil‑engineering planning.
• Excellent German language skills and proven communication, influencing and leadership capabilities.
