About the role
The Cash Management Servicing Analyst provides efficient, client‑centric support to Cash Management Relationship Analysts. This role focuses on handling administrative tasks that ensure smooth daily cash management services for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Support Cash Management Relationship Analysts with administrative tasks related to client activity.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of requests.
- Maintain and improve query management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow internal control frameworks to guarantee reliability and traceability of work.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
- Up to 2 years of experience in administrative support.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong organisational and client‑focused attitude.
- Resilience, adaptability and ability to share knowledge.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
