Business Development & Recruitment Consultant Roles in Malta

About the role

Archer is expanding its Malta office and is looking for motivated professionals to join two fast‑growth commercial paths: Business Development Executive and Recruitment Consultant. Both positions are full‑time, performance‑driven and offer a clear progression roadmap within an international, English‑speaking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development Executive: Identify and open new client relationships, pitch Archer’s IT recruitment services, and manage the full sales cycle to generate revenue.
• Recruitment Consultant: Source, interview, and match candidates to client vacancies, overseeing the end‑to‑end hiring process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and results in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to build a career in a performance‑based environment.
• For Business Development: experience or interest in BDR, SDR, B2B or B2C sales.
• For Recruitment: no prior experience required; willingness to learn the recruitment process.
• EU passport holder willing to relocate to Malta.
