Business Analyst – French Speaker (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with fluent French to join a hybrid project based in Lisbon. The role involves bridging business needs and technical solutions for our clients in the banking and financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and capture functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs.
• Collaborate with French‑speaking stakeholders, clients and cross‑functional teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Produce detailed documentation in both French and English.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, business process analysis and functional analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in multicultural teams; banking or financial services experience is a plus.
