About the role
Shotgun is looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to lead the company’s presence in Portugal. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to build brand equity, grow the local community of event organizers, and drive measurable business results.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the social media strategy for Portugal, creating engaging content and campaigns.
- Lead community growth, B2B partner success, and on‑site/online activations for organizers.
- Manage paid media channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to optimise ticketing performance.
- Increase Shotgun’s visibility through events, partnerships, press, and influencer collaborations.
- Produce diverse content formats such as articles, podcasts, and videos.
- Support sales and account teams with compelling marketing materials and custom activations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Strong storytelling and content‑creation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to optimise campaigns.
- Excellent project‑management and organisational skills.
