Audit Analyst – Centre of Excellence (Viseu)

About the role

EY’s Assurance Centre of Excellence (CoE) is looking for an Audit Analyst to join its Viseu team. You will support audit engagements by providing standardized, technology‑driven analyses for Portuguese listed companies across various sectors, helping to improve efficiency and quality of client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with audit teams to gather information and clarify data requirements.
• Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses for companies operating in the Portuguese market.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient, innovative analytical processes within the CoE.
• Support the preparation of audit documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required profile

• Final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Agile, growth‑oriented mindset with a curiosity for continuous improvement.
• Strong team spirit, interpersonal skills and the ability to work inclusively.
• Excellent command of English.
• Availability to start promptly.

Required skills

• Advanced user‑level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, methodical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Good organizational and planning capabilities.
