About the role

EveryWatch is looking for a sharp, thoughtful journalist to partner directly with the CEO in shaping executive communications and thought‑leadership content. The role translates the CEO’s vision, expertise, and voice into compelling material across LinkedIn, Substack, speeches, op‑eds and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO and communications team to capture ideas through interviews, notes, transcripts and existing materials.
• Develop executive thought‑leadership content for LinkedIn, Substack, newsletters, contributed articles, speeches and other public‑facing channels.
• Translate complex insights about the watch market, luxury collecting, data trends and cultural/economic themes into accessible, engaging copy.
• Adapt the CEO’s voice for diverse audiences – collectors, industry leaders, investors, journalists and the broader business community.
• Create a consistent editorial rhythm, including recurring themes, post formats and timely commentary.
• Identify opportunities to turn EveryWatch data and milestones into compelling thought‑leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and leadership to align content with brand, PR and business goals.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of relevant experience writing for senior executives, founders or subject‑matter experts.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with a strong editorial judgment.
• Ability to capture and translate another person’s voice without sounding generic.
• Quick understanding of complex ideas and what will resonate with different audiences.
