Wind Turbine Technician – GE Onshore Experience (Global Projects)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Wind Turbine Technicians with GE on‑shore expertise to join Muehlhan Wind Service’s global projects. The role involves installing, maintaining, commissioning, troubleshooting and servicing GE turbine platforms worldwide while working on a 4‑weeks‑on / 2‑weeks‑off rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspection, repair and troubleshooting on GE wind turbines.
• Support commissioning, retrofit and service activities according to project requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults.
• Execute interventions following OEM procedures and safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings and work instructions.
• Report findings and completed work accurately and on time.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and efficient project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience working on GE on‑shore turbine models (1X, 2X, 3X, Cypress, ECO series).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work in diverse international environments and adhere to health, safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to follow a 4‑weeks‑on / 2‑weeks‑off rotational schedule.
