Website Services QA Specialist

About the role

The Website Services QA Specialist ensures the quality of Nestlé corporate and brand website projects, overseeing functional testing of technical solutions delivered by the Website Content Management and Tech teams. The role involves executing test plans, reporting defects, and guaranteeing that deliverables meet market and brand requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist during project kickoff and requirement gathering, identifying improvements and inconsistencies.
• Contribute to test plan creation, defining scope, assumptions, and risks.
• Develop test scenarios, write functional test cases, and maintain traceability matrices.
• Execute test cases, update statuses, report progress, and promptly flag show‑stopper issues.
• Report defects comprehensively and support daily status reporting.
• Participate in test closure activities, including final reports and QA sign‑off.

Required profile

• Advanced level of English.
• Basic knowledge of STLC and SDLC, with data analysis and statistical skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Drupal 7 and Drupal 8.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java.
• Proficiency with ticketing and workflow tools.
• Ability to perform data analysis and apply statistical methods.
