Web Developer – Django & React (Hybrid, Porto)

About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer to join Nors' Corporate Information Systems Department in Porto. The role focuses on developing new features for our webshop and digital sales channels, working within a hybrid model with three days of remote work per week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and implement business requirements for the webshop and digital sales channels.
• Contribute to analysis, design, development, and implementation of new functionalities.
• Support the application lifecycle management of the platforms under your responsibility.
• Monitor platform performance and availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in web application development.
• Strong Django expertise (mandatory) and knowledge of React.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL Server, MySQL or similar databases.
• Experience developing e‑commerce solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices is a plus.
• Hands‑on, proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English.
