Warehouse Technician

About the role

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for managing inbound and outbound materials, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of raw materials, components, and equipment. The role supports inventory accuracy, compliance with quality standards, and safe handling of hazardous items.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, segregate, and log raw materials and MRO items, operating forklift or pallet jack as needed.
• Register receipts in the inventory management system and resolve any discrepancies with purchasing or accounting.
• Prepare and issue shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, airbill, bill of lading, hazardous‑materials forms) and coordinate carrier pick‑ups.
• Maintain quarantine labeling, control logs for MRO deliveries, and support cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Assist with freight invoice matching, audit support, and any additional warehouse or logistics duties.

Required profile

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow SOPs.
• Strong teamwork, initiative, and problem‑solving orientation.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license for operating pallet jack or forklift.

Required skills

• Forklift and pallet‑jack operation.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Preparation of shipping documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, airbill, bill of lading, hazardous‑materials forms).
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory and documentation accuracy.
