Warehouse Supervisor

About the role
You will lead daily warehouse operations, managing a team, planning activities and ensuring performance aligns with Toyota standards. The role focuses on efficiency, quality, safety and continuous improvement while coaching employees on the shop floor.
Key responsibilities
- Organize, plan and coordinate daily activities of warehouse employees and equipment.
- Develop the team by ensuring appropriate staffing, integrating new members and promoting versatility.
- Maintain efficiency, quality and safety standards in line with Toyota’s operational guidelines.
- Coach employees and drive continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in logistics or production environments.
- Strong communication skills and a hands‑on mindset.
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
