Veterinary Assistant - Spanish Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a remote Veterinary Assistant who is a native or near‑native Spanish speaker with fluent English to support Nestlé’s pet‑food consumers. You will answer queries, provide nutrition advice and help resolve issues related to our animal‑health products.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and written channels promptly and accurately.
• Provide information on the nutrition of Nestlé animal products and suggest dietary adjustments.
• Offer counselling on pet behavior, health issues and dietary restrictions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
• Handle serious or sensitive consumer contacts according to Nestlé guidelines.
• Inform customers about new products, functionalities and campaigns.
• Collect feedback, maintain FAQ and knowledge‑base documents.
• Collaborate with market stakeholders to share health and nutrition insights for business decisions.
• Redirect queries to appropriate parties when an answer cannot be provided.

Required profile

• Advanced written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science or a related field.
• At least one year of experience as a veterinary technician, assistant or in customer relations.
• Knowledge of pet nutrition, behavior and health issues.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail, autonomy and willingness to learn new technologies.
