About the role

The company, the leading ADT dealer in Puerto Rico, is looking for motivated sales professionals to promote its security and service solutions across the island. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with customers, and helping them choose the right security systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in your chosen territory.
• Present ADT security products and services, tailoring proposals to customer needs.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales results.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in security or related services.
• Own reliable vehicle and mobile phone for field work.
• Positive attitude, responsibility, and strong motivation to achieve targets.

Required skills

• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of security systems is a plus.
