About the role
We are looking for a Utilities Technician to design, implement and oversee a comprehensive maintenance plan for electrical and utility equipment. The role ensures reliable operation of facilities, supports vendors and guarantees safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all maintenance activities to keep facilities and utilities operational.
- Maintain a network of external vendors and suppliers for cost‑effective support.
- Conduct routine inspections of systems and equipment.
- Plan, organize and direct daily departmental operations.
- Enforce policies, procedures and safety standards to achieve zero‑accident compliance.
- Manage spare parts and tools required for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure full execution of the designed maintenance plan.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Refrigeration licence or licensed electrician (preferred).
- Minimum three years of experience in a regulated environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 schedule.
- Valid PR driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
