About the role
Air Apps is looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to lead performance‑marketing initiatives that attract and retain new users across multiple channels. Based onsite in Lisbon, you will work closely with product, analytics and creative teams to drive growth that aligns with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi‑channel user acquisition strategies, including paid search, paid social, display ads, influencer marketing and referral programs.
- Set up, monitor and optimise advertising campaigns for maximum ROI, managing budgets, bids and targeting parameters.
- Track key performance metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV) using analytics and attribution tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously test new channels, creatives and messaging to identify improvement opportunities and drive incremental growth.
- Collaborate with product, analytics and creative teams to align acquisition efforts with product launches, feature updates and seasonal promotions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Approximately 4+ years of experience managing user acquisition or performance‑marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.
