UI/UX Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to play a key role in the success of our products by designing intuitive experiences that connect with users. You will design end‑to‑end user experiences and optimise existing interfaces, creating early prototypes and iterating rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Help the UI/UX design process for the Equus Platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.
• Work closely with the development team to implement designs and ensure a high‑quality user experience.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
• Translate high‑level requirements and prototypes into user flows, user stories, and elegant interactions.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience designing complex systems/platforms with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience designing web and mobile applications, especially SaaS or collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work within a legacy solution, define a style guide, and make incremental improvements.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a tight‑knit development team.
