Turkish Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Turkish‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Lisbon office. You will be the first point of contact for advertisers, helping them resolve technical and product‑related issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and user experience from day one.
• Handle end‑to‑end product troubleshooting and support cases via email and chat.
• Own each query, collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction scores by providing timely updates.
• Meet service level commitments and drive productivity improvements.
• Educate advertisers on product features, best practices, and common issues.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Turkish (verbal and written) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Background in Digital Marketing and paid campaign management.
• Experience in a contact‑center or service environment within the Ad Tech industry.
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts, Monday through Sunday.
