Turkish Customer Service Expert – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Turkish speaker to join our Lisbon team as a Customer Service Expert. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for Turkish‑speaking clients, delivering high‑quality support across phone, email and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance to Turkish‑speaking customers, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to offer accurate guidance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and, when necessary, escalate complex problems to ensure client satisfaction.
• Share client feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and service requests.
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all communications.

Required profile

• Fluent in Turkish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English to collaborate with multicultural teams.
• Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
• Customer‑centric attitude with patience and adaptability.
