About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Trust & Safety Associate to join our Lisbon team. You will work as an individual contributor, handling routine content‑moderation cases and ensuring compliance with our policies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and remove spam, explicit videos, photographs and personal identifiable information from search results.
- Review websites, product listings, merchant‑center accounts and landing pages for policy compliance.
- Tag web pages and assess videos for monetisation eligibility.
- Process trademark‑related complaints and block infringing content.
- Collaborate with your team and supervisor, following detailed guidelines and rotating shift schedules.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1‑3 years of experience in content moderation or a related field.
- Fluent French (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.
