Training & Capability Development Specialist

About the role

As a Training & Capability Development Specialist for US ELSE Commercial Operations, you will design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that supports business transformation, process adoption, and workforce development. You will partner across the organization to create engaging learning experiences that equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of training and capability‑building initiatives aligned with business transformation goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and self‑paced learning programs, including training materials, job aids, assessments, and process documentation.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate processes and systems into effective learning solutions.
• Establish and manage onboarding, upskilling, and role‑based development programs, and coordinate training schedules and communications.
• Maintain training content in the LMS, monitor participation, compliance, and effectiveness using performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, training, or organizational capability building.
• Strong facilitation, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex processes and systems into clear, effective learning experiences.

• Salesforce (training and configuration knowledge)
• Empower or comparable quoting/CPQ platforms
• Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or AI‑assisted content development tools
• Microsoft Office suite
