Test Leader (French required)

About the role

We are seeking a Test Leader who will define and execute test strategies for complex software projects. The role requires strong French language skills and the ability to mentor a team of QA/Test Analysts throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies, master test plans, and testing schedules.
• Coordinate and mentor QA/Test Analysts across functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end testing activities.
• Oversee defect management, risk assessment, and Go/No‑Go decisions.
• Produce testing reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure high‑quality deliveries.
• Promote QA best practices and continuous improvement across projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and defining test strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and ISTQB testing principles.
• Professional proficiency in English and mandatory fluency in French.
• Experience in banking or insurance sectors is a plus.
