About the role

Delnext is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure that all raw materials, in‑process production, and finished goods meet strict food safety and quality standards. You will work on‑site in Cacém, supporting the company’s mission to deliver safe, high‑quality transport solutions for food products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections on raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Record and maintain comprehensive quality documentation for materials, processes, and finished goods.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and the Document Management System.
• Verify and evaluate suppliers of raw materials and finished products.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining food safety certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS Food, and HACCP.

Required profile

• Higher education in Food Industry, Chemistry, Quality, Science, or Laboratory Techniques.
• 1–2 years of experience in the food manufacturing sector.
• Training or experience with HACCP, ISO 22000, and IFS Food.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, responsible, and quality‑focused.
