About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Team Leader fluent in Flemish and French to join our international automotive project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role you will lead a group of Technical Support Advisors, ensuring high‑quality service and meeting operational KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and coach a team of Technical Support Advisors.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensuring KPIs and quality targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Handle complex technical escalations and provide guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality and Training teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, customer‑focused and high‑performing team environment.
Required profile
- Native or fluent Flemish/French (C1/C2) with good command of English.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Team Leader in a technical support setting.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working in a KPI‑driven environment.
