Technical Solution Manager - 100% remote

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Solution Manager to lead the delivery of complex software solutions for our insurance clients. The role is fully remote and involves coordinating multiple development squads across different geographies, ensuring alignment between product and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate delivery across several development teams operating in multiple regions.
• Promote and maintain alignment between Product and Tech teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Negotiate scope with product owners and business stakeholders to meet technical requirements and platform architecture.
• Represent the technical team in customer‑facing meetings, analysing requirements and proposing optimal technical approaches.
• Support squad leads by clarifying requirements, establishing release plans and enforcing quality standards together with QA.
• Coordinate cross‑squad workstreams, minimise dependencies and avoid bottlenecks.
• Coach squad leads to sustain high competence and operational excellence within their teams.
