Technical Project Manager – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our international team in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week on‑site, and involves leading IT and software development projects within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT and technical projects, ensuring scope, quality, budget and timelines are met.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as the main liaison between technical and business stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, monitor risks and report project progress using Jira.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices.
• Analyse XML data structures and SQL databases in collaboration with technical teams.
• Ensure service delivery follows ITIL best practices and manage dependencies and obstacles.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports and executive presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
• Strong technical background with ability to communicate with development and infrastructure teams.
• Fluent in English (professional level) and French (minimum B1/B2).
