Technical Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a technically‑savvy Technical Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations. You will own the end‑to‑end funnel, from website visitor to sale, and guide a small cross‑functional team to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of email marketers, web designers, copywriters, a data engineer and occasional creators.
• Monitor progress weekly, assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Own the lower‑funnel: build and optimise landing pages, integrate website with email platforms, set up automations and email sequences.
• Prepare Kickstarter copy, launch campaigns and track all funnel data.
• Ensure accurate data collection and reporting across socials, website and email channels.

Required profile

• Strong familiarity with the listed tech stack (WordPress, Thrive Architect, Thrive Leads, All‑Inkl, ActiveCampaign, Kickstarter, Looker Studio, Side Kit, Hyros).
• Proven ability to lead a small team, clarify uncertainties quickly and keep timelines on track.
• Self‑starter who can work independently once objectives are set.
• Bonus: experience in a startup, gaming studio or fast‑growing digital media environment and a genuine passion for fantasy content.
