Tech Support Tier 2 – Networking (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tech Support Tier 2 professional to join our Lisbon team. You will use your networking expertise to deliver high‑quality technical assistance to our clients and help maintain robust network infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for networking issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network problems using diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 teams to escalate and resolve intricate technical challenges.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Perform regular maintenance and performance checks on network systems.
• Support network deployment and configuration projects alongside cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical support with a focus on networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security principles.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable.
