Tech Lead (.NET) – Investment Sector

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Lead (.NET) to head a team of 5+ developers in the Investment sector, delivering robust, scalable cloud‑based applications for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, allocating 50% of time to coding and 50% to mentoring, career growth, and training.
• Architect end‑to‑end, cost‑efficient solutions on AWS/Azure, using micro‑services, containers and orchestration.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to align delivery with business requirements and SLA commitments.
• Conduct code reviews, manage technical debt, and ensure high quality of deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and team dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on .NET development (C#, ASP.NET.NET Core) and 2+ years leading software teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for collaboration with offshore teams.
