Tech Lead – .NET for Retail & E‑Commerce

About the role

As a .NET Tech Lead you will guide a team of software engineers building scalable, high‑performance solutions for retail and e‑commerce clients. You will define technical strategy, ensure alignment with architecture and business goals, and champion best‑in‑class engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of developers, promoting TDD, code reviews, pair programming and continuous refactoring.
• Design and implement technical strategy, ensuring compliance with architecture, security and regulatory standards.
• Drive DevOps excellence by creating and managing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for multi‑environment deployments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and Infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into robust solutions.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies that add business value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Proven experience leading development teams in a .NET/C# environment.
• Strong knowledge of object‑oriented design, SOLID principles, DDD and event‑driven architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud services and cloud‑native design.
• Fluent Portuguese (mandatory) and English proficiency a plus.
