About the role
Lead the Order to Cash (OtC) accounts receivable team to ensure service delivery that meets defined SLAs and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement, support transition projects, and foster a collaborative environment that attracts and retains talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the accounts receivable team to guarantee compliance with SLAs and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor and report team and process performance against agreed objectives and KPIs.
- Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and implement employee development and recognition strategies.
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement projects to enhance productivity.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with various Eurofins departments and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Support transition projects and perform additional duties as required by business needs.
Required profile
- Experience managing teams in a BPO/SSC environment, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
- Proven track record of managing performance against Service Level Agreements.
- Strong experience in managing internal or external customer relationships.
- Openness to change, continuous‑improvement mindset, and proactive problem‑solving.
- Flexibility to balance a variety of tasks and priorities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is an asset.
